Description


 Receiving, assessing and reconciling claims with the guidelines of the product’s warranty
 Processing and determining warranty coverage on each claim by examining forms, policies, and other records as provided by customer
 Receiving, answering customer questions and resolving concerns related to claims and warranties
 Maintaining and updating customer account records as needed via e-mail and telephone
 Forwarding suspected fraudulent and questionable claims to direct supervisor
 Coordinating with direct supervisor or other personnel as needed to resolve claims and issues not of routine nature
 Interacting with accounting department to ensure payments are received for all ordered warranties
 Arranging for delivery of parts or replacement items when a claim requires it
 Organizing and filling out paper work relating to claims
