Acquires and develops selling skills and knowledge of Company business. Maximizes sales revenue and market share through sales promotion of assigned company' s products in line with Company strategy in the designated area. Supplies high quality medical information to the different health care professionals in compliance with professional ethics and company image.

To achieve success it is critical that the Medical Representative:
 Raise awareness about the disease
 Build and maintain strong partnership with KOL
 Build a strong brand equity

Key Responsibilities:
 Ensure priorities communicated yearly
 Fulfill the individual priorities set in the beginning of the year
 Ensure sales objective and patient identification objectives are duly met
 Analyse performance for all products in the portfolio, identify growth opportunities and provide solutions to management to face all challenges
 Assure that products are used in the most effective and efficacious manner
 Communicate the risks and benefits for products
 Liaise with sales and medico-marketing teams to develop tactical plans for scaling up products penetration and ensure products’ availability
 Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders in all accounts at area level in order to position company as a strategic partner functions
 Provide support for evidence-based treatment protocols and pathways
 Communicate to HCPs Disease state knowledge and awareness
 Identify customers and manage sales promotion of assigned products to the target doctors to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets in line with company strategy
 Apply territory planning to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for both Doctors and Pharmacists.
 Conduct regular visits and participate in symposiums, congresses and meetings in order to in order to increase market presence for the company products
 Develop weekly and monthly visit plans in consultation with the line manager and in compliance with company's internal sales systems and procedures
 Use sales techniques and operational tools in order to achieve sales objectives
 Implement ongoing targeting and profiling of customers in order to increase sales
 Liaise with key opinion leaders, get market feedback and report any relevant information to line manager in line with company procedures and best practice
 Constantly seek to improve selling skills and knowledge in order to increase sales
 Deliver and promote company's values and competencies
 Carry out business related actions in line with the industry code of ethics and in compliance with company policies and procedures


 University degree, majoring in pharmaceutical science
 Preferred 1 year of experience
 Communication and negotiation skills
