- has Previous outdoor sales experience in Pharma, FMCG or Hospitality industry
-Manage and direct the sales team including training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales plans in order to achieve Company goals and objectives.
-Set sales targets and monitor competitors’ products, sales & marketing activities.
-Maintain existing relationships with key accounts, individuals and grow it more profitable.
-Establish new relationships with industry related partners & accounts and penetrate new markets.
-Ensure best client servicing where guests are being served what they are promised.
-Participate in sales calls, attend sales meetings on and off the property with members of sales team to acquire new business and close on business.
-Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and action plans.
-Attend social and commercial events, network, market, and attract new business.
-Maintain the highest level of professionalism in activities and appearance at all times to reflect the company’s best image.
-Work in close collaboration with all Head of Departments, precisely Front Office, Food & Beverage and Kitchen Departments.
-Maintain proper organization of office; documents, filing, archiving, correspondence and business records
-Ensure accurate data entry in related systems at all times.
-Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
-Maintain the confidentiality of the hotel’s guests database, as well as the company’s financial, legal and commercial data.
-Abide by the hotel’s rules, regulations, internal procedures and standards.
-Attend Manager On Duty shift, including Holidays & Weekends on rotation as per schedule (Starting date TBC in due course).
-Attend the induction program as part of our system, including but not limited to orientation and training programs.


- BA in Hotel, Business, Sales or Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor sales position including 2 years of same position
- Preferably has sales experience in pharma, FMCG or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- English is must, French is a plus
- Self-Motivated
