JD: Responsible of the entire Marketing/ Communication aspect of the company.
Conception and development of the Marketing plan and strategy of the company
Elaboration and follow up on the Marketing Annual Budget
Coordination and follow up with the commercial department on promotions and advertisement participation.
Building and follow- up on all internal and external communication tools of the company related directly on indirectly to Marketing
In Charge of the general aspect of Public Relations
Follow- up and development of the company website
Development and follow-up on the client servicing in order to improve and maintain the brand image
Coaching, follow up and evaluation of performance of all members of the Marketing Team.
Follow up on the team time schedule and assure the good application of the company’s policies and procedures
Prerequisites: BA/ BS- MBA Marketing
8 to 10 years of experience in the Marketing field, with at least 4 years holding the position of Marketing Manager
Creative, meticulous, organized and a well developed sense of logic and common sense.
Well developed team spirit.
Good Coach and Trainer
Fluency in French, English and Arabic
Excellent communication skills
Charismatic and good leader ship skills
