IT support officer will monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organization.
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Replace parts as required.
Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
Support the roll-out of new applications and machines.
Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
Be the first point of contact for staff on collection of new hardware and replacement hardware from the Group
Will be involved in supporting the systems across all stores.
Performs other duties as assigned.
A degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
Related Work Experience:
At least 2 years of work experience
Strong command of English – French - Arabic languages
