A reputable company located in Beirut is seeking for a presentable customer service representative.

Job Description:

• Follows up on customer complaints, and informs all departments and personnel about complaints consequently.
• Provides adequate solutions to the customers’ complaints under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager.
• Attends and assists visitors at any moment directly to solve customer complaints, observations or recommendations.
• Submits daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Customer Service Manager.
• Handles lost and found stock and registers them on a tracking log to be submitted to the Customer Service Manager.
• Makes announcements for all shows, parades and events when required
• Prepares outgoing emails to customers and sends email to all internal personnel regarding the customers’ inquiries.
• Answers and provides information to customers’ inquiries through phone calls and emails.
• Prepares daily checklists.
• Reviews and updates the customers and their info on the system.
• Organizes schools lunch and exit time with the Facility Services department
