- Administration Tasks:
Follow up internally and externally tasks and ongoing projects
Manage all the documents (i.e. Emails letters, correspondence, reports, agendas, minutes)
Perform any duties assigned by the management as per the business needs
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Handle requests for information and data

- Business Development tasks:
- Assist the Manager in his negotiation with the third parties
- Carrying out specific projects and research
- Attend the meetings and communicate on behalf of the manager.
- To provide marketing support and production of materials as required
- Conduct Market Research
- Maintain Relationships with Current Clients & Suppliers
- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
- keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
- Help prepare budgets
- Oversee project procurement management
