The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Engineer with at least 1 to 4 years of experience and will be responsible for the modeling production with REVIT leadership on a wide range of projects.
The position entails the production of construction documents for government, commercial and institutional projects.
Candidate will use BIM/REVIT to leverage BIM practices for the benefit of our clients and will function within the Architectural staff and will be providing top-notch production leadership, technical support, documentation, training and development to all the staff in the AE group, which encompasses Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Structural and other disciplines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting up new project models in accordance with project standards.
Working with the Project Manager and discipline engineers to define deliverables schedules, and implementing these within the model
Leading resource and Supporting the project team with technical delivery using Revit Modelling of a range of services, including but not limited to mechanical pipework, ventilation, lighting, power, containment and drainage.
Co ordination of services using Revit and Navisworks
Attending both internal and external coordination meetings
Drawing production of modeled services.
Monitoring the quality of output As part of the Building Engineering group, you will engage with other model managers and members of the team to support the development of the group as a whole.

Excellent understanding of model and drawing production using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Experienced in providing technical support for Revit MEP and AutoCAD
Experience of using Navisworks simulate or manage to conduct visual audits and clash detection.
Experienced in preparation of drawings and models with limited guidance from engineers, using own experience to develop output from sketches provided by engineers
Knowledge of MEP systems and how services should be routed and coordinated to a design level of detail.
Experienced in supervising less experienced technicians.
Ability to balance technician resources against project requirements.
Ability to communicate technical issues to co-professionals, contractors and Clients.
Comfortable working in a team environment.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work on multiple projects
