Job Brief:

-Business Development:
• Identify business opportunities in targeted markets
• Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities and revenue streams
• Work with partners (vendors /customers) to extend reach & drive adoption
• Arrange events & campaigns to support sales
Customer Relations Management
• Promote the image of the company by demonstrating professionalism, reliability & technical knowledge.
• Expand customer base

Sales Management:
• Manage the full sales life-cycle, from initial prospect through to closing sales
• Negotiate quotations with customers in terms of pricing, discounts & terms of payment
• Monitor customers’ receivables

Target Setting & Achievement:
• Ensure that monthly, quarterly and yearly targets are met

Technical, Sales and After Sales Support:
• Review & approve technical submitting
• Follow-up on the resolution of customers’ problems & complaints
• Oversee the project from inception until handing-over

Feedback & Reporting:
• Provide regular market activity, market positioning, target progress reports
• Update Senior Management & report weekly

Unit Management:
• Participate in selection & recruitment of team
• Supervise and train staff members

Requirements:
-Holder of a BS in CCE OR Computer Science
-Must have experience in System Integration / Cyber-Security (SOC, SIEM, VAPT, IDPS) sales with 8 to 12 years handling large accounts
-Go-getter attitude with strong negotiation Skills.
-Proven strong prospecting skills and sales planning
-Strong presentation skills, and able to meet sales goals and targets
-Very Good in read, written and spoken English, French & Arabic
