Our Client is part of a Highly Reputable Conglomerate Operating in the Middle East & Africa.

-Manage & retain relationships with existing clients and identified accounts in Nigeria & Ghana
-Increase client base & mapping further accounts
-Create account mapping for present accounts
-Identify and map business strengths and customer needs in each account
-Conduct research to identify new potential leads and understand customer needs
-Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; integrating contract requirements with business operations
-Meet yearly set sales target
-Report directly to Business Development for Africa
-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
-Research business opportunities and viable income streams
-Follow industry trends locally and internationally
-Report on successes and areas needing improvements
-Follow up and closing of existing opportunities
-Support in Preparing and submitting Request for Proposals
-Follow up daily with potential clients and opportunity engagement
-Report daily to Country Manager on daily tasks done by end of each day
-Update CRM online on daily basis including meeting held, calls and client interaction
-Update directors on weekly basis and send report on activities done and expected activities for the week to follow
-Support in Forecasting revenues on quarterly basis and actively participate in Quarter Business Review discussions
-Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
-Prepare sales contracts as per established laws, rules and guidelines
-Keep records of sales, revenues, invoices etc.
-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
-Build long-term relationships with new and existing C-level people within the mapped accounts

Requirements:
-Holder of a BS in Computer Engineer OR Computer Science
-Experienced in System Integration or Cyber-security sales with 4 to 7 years handling large accounts in the financial and telecom sector
-Go-getter attitude with strong negotiation Skills.
-Proven strong prospecting skills and sales planning
-Strong presentation skills, and able to meet sales goals and targets
-Good in read, written and spoken English, French & Arabic
