The candidate MUST possess the following requirements:
• Computer literate with very good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Outlook).
• Experience in Social Media is a plus.
• Very good command of the English language is a must.
• Organized, proactive, presentable.
Main responsibilities include:
• Documents sorting and filing.
• Writing business emails and letters using word processing programs.
• Answering telephone enquiries from customers and following up with customers and suppliers.
• Handling tasks related to HR, finance and payroll.
