Required: An Administrative Assistant to Work in a Leading Construction Company in Beirut having a Bachelor Degree in Business with at least 2 Years’ experience, preferably in a construction, engineering or special Building materials company.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• This position requires strong verbal/written communication and computer skills, basic knowledge of construction materials and practices, and the ability to organize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to follow direction and a desire to grow with the team
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline driven environment;
• Familiarity with standard office protocol and office equipment;
• Fluency in English language
