Basic Function:

To achieve the sales target set by the company with specified objectives contributions in line with the company’s policies for meeting the company business requirements.


Sales Functions:
*To scan the market (assigned territory) for identifying and developing clientele
*To respond to client inquiries on time which involves introducing appropriate products which meet the clients’ technical requirement and offering a tailor made solution
*To prepare an accurate, customer specific quotation, which is within the company’s policies and guidelines and get necessary approvals from the Sales Manager
*To follow up quotations with technical support, commercial negotiations and persuade/convince customer to place the order on the company
*To process the order as per the nature of the job. When necessary co-ordinate with Sales Manager for initiating procurement of items/goods from Suppliers

Customer Relationship:

*To attend and solve promptly customer complaints within an acceptable frame of time
*Return effectively the customer calls
*To provide efficient, courteous and timely services to all customer requests and inquiries
*To follow up with consultants to ensure that customer receives quality service with regard to delivery/job completion dates and the customer is satisfied
*To ensure continuous follow up and personal conduct with all the clients to enhance customer satisfaction

Office Management:

*To be responsible for accurate preparation of all documents such as quotation, sales order and inquiry follow up report.
*To coordinate with the Accounts Receivables Manager on checking the credibility of the customer and define the credit limit and payment terms
*To improve closing ratio
*To assist on pending receivable from customer


Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Thorough knowledge of the Lebanese market
2 to 3 years relevant experience
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a team-player, excellent negotiations and computer skills
Good behavior, well mannered, pleasing and strong personality
