-Manages the sales and business development of international high-end furniture brands in Lebanon
- In charge of project sales and showroom sales, proposals, presentations, client follow-up and closing deals
- Develops sales & marketing strategies with the company partners to widen brand perimeters and increase sales
- Sets the hierarchy of hot projects in the pipeline and develops action plans, negotiation tactics and followup
- Develops regular sales analysis, costing methods & forecast reports for strategy setting and decision making purposes
- Establishes connections with key clients, end users, architects, interior designers, CEOs, facility and project managers on all hierarchical levels for brand promotions and sales growth
- Sets up exclusive brand events and coordinated brand related fairs
- Monitors the retail stock inventory and places orders according to the retail activity and demand in the
showroom and point of sale
- Manages the logistical cycle of order placement, production delivery dates, freight timelines and delivery schedules
- Leads a team of technicians and provides regular training in alignment with the related international brand standards

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Interior Design
- 4+ years of sales experience of high end products or a Background in Interior Design or Architecture
- Fluent in English or French
- Commands a sense of business administration
- Has strong confidence to meet with high end clients and close deals
- Enjoys dealing with people on a daily people
- Good knowledge in high end furniture brands
- Team player and experience in task delegation
- Flexibility to travel
