- Female, University degree in any
discipline
- Three to five years’ experience in
similar position in Contracting field

Job Description;
• Assist the COO in his daily activities
and operations and administrative tasks
• Oversee daily activities of the office of
Real Estate
• Maintains administrative workflow
• Provide information by answering questions &
requests
• Develop Reports
• Assist the coo in the review of payment
certificates presented by contractors
• Regularly review and document key procedures
• Manage key projects and assist in the
preparation of monthly reports on progress
• Assist in budgeting project activities
• Monitor Financials/Arrears
• Analyze costs associated with purchased
materials
• Check market prices and evaluate offers when
required
• Conduct estimation analysis by collecting and
studying information
• Get samples & quotations of needed items for
the offices and the showrooms
• Conduct report analysis by summarizing
information
• Create clear and precise reports such as
procurement, operation and cost control reports
• Conduct miscellaneous report analysis based
on the COO requests
• Delegate key tasks to ensure all are completed
in an effective manner
• Perform special projects and other duties as
assigned

Knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Word & Excel
