1. Administrative / Operational Activities
2. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
3. Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
4. Answer all incoming calls for appointments and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
5. Maintain a phone directory of all numbers and extensions in addition to a phone directory of suppliers / vendors / clients that contact on a regular basis.
6. Register all visitors and maintain a detailed log of visitor and guest entry / exit times and dates.
7. Provide visitor passes and directions to authorized guests and visitors to various departments.
8. Ensure that guests are greeted and well-received, and are effectively guided to waiting rooms or offices.
9. Maintain a detailed log sheet of clients, visitors and guests’ entry/exit time and dates.
10. Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by Management.
Working hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 4:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
