-Assist in developing and increasing traffic through direct and semi-direct online channels that will improve the overall revenue for the property and other key financial and customer matrix.
-Assist in evaluating the performance of our branded website and give suggestions for how to promote and improve the presence of the hotel on the web, with the intention of increasing number of bookings and keeping the website up to date.
-Monitor, implement and execute the active presence of the property on all Social Media tools to maximize the online exposure of the property.
-Conduct regular quality assurance audits on the hotel’s descriptive content & images to ensure parity on all channels and integrity with brand website.
-Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as rate position of immediate competitors.
-Proven ability to express creativity, work independently, be a self-starter and communicate in a conversational manner that promotes dialogue and establishes rapport.
-Maintain up to date availability, rates and promotions in the partners different extranet.
-Run on a monthly basis a comprehensive report on the overall online production.
-Protect the operation by keeping information confidential and discreet
-Maintain highest level of professionalism in activities and appearance at all times to reflect the company’s best image
-Maintain organization of office for filing of documents, correspondence and business records.
-Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
-Maintain the confidentiality of the hotel’s customer’s database.
-Abide by the hotel’s rules, regulations, internal procedures and standards.
1-3 years previous experience
Knowledge of Social Media, websites, Expedia, booking.com, trip advisor and E- marketing
