We are seeking a full time Female Cold Call and Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mansourieh.
This position under general supervision performs mainly Administrative Tasks and Telephone Sales activities in addition to some administrative office support functions.
Job duties and requirements:
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and set weekly meeting schedules
• Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, internet and other sources.
• Check customers’ data in the system prior setting first call.
• Update sales activities and data in the system to keep sales records.
• Able to organize sales events and close deals accordingly.
• Perform other duties that are aligned & related to the job scope.
• Attend workshops and sales orientation.
• Maintain and manage invoicing customers and follow up on payments.
• Answering e-mails and maintain appropriate filing system
• Perform other administrative duties, such as following up on office requirements and vendors payments.
The ideal candidate should have a:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Very good English command (oral and written).
• Familiar with internet and marketing research.
• Must have strong knowledge in excel and word.
