Main Duties:
- Protect the image of the executive office, and assure that all internal and external parties abide by the standards, policies, procedures, and discipline.
- Shadow the GM along with the Executive Assistant and help them out for the best interest of the institution.
- Be reliable enough that the GM has confidence tasks will be taken care of correctly and on time.
- Maintain the executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings.
- Assist in preparing the minutes of Meetings for weekly and daily meetings.
- Assist in following up on Managers On Duties’s rosters.
- Welcome, escort and greet guests in person; or over the telephone by answering or referring inquiries.
- Complete projects by assigning and communicating with other departments; following up on results.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Respond and relay accurate messages.
- Assist in managing the hotel’s Social Media and E-commerce.
- Assist in planning special events and assist within the commercial area management.
- Secure information by completing data base backups.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain highest level of professionalism in activities and appearance at all times to reflect the company’s best image.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the hotel’s customer’s database.
- Abide by the hotel’s rules, regulations, internal procedures and standards.

Job Requirements:
- BA in Hospitality, Marketing or Management
- Previous 1 to 3 years of experience in same position or hospitality industry
- English is a must, French is a plus
- Location: Beirut
- Nationality: Lebanese
- Can Start Immediately
