1. Completes opening procedures, turn on machines.
2. Replenishes fridges and fill requisition.
3. Conducts inventory in a daily basis.
4. Prepares hot beverages and drinks consistent with the Café’s standard drink recipes.
5. Prepares garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks and cookies.
6. Squeezes the orange and prepares the Lemonade.
7. Maintains cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
8. Completes closing procedures, turn off machines.
9. Maintains good working relationships with colleagues.
10. Keep inventing coffee recipes as well as decorations and presentations
11. Reports all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Floor Manager.
12. Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled.
13. Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
