Key Responsabilities:
-Advises on the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the company in business operations
-Ensures that the organization is in compliance with all applicable laws, and protects the legal rights of the corporation from abuse by others
-Plans, researches, analyses, solves and reports all company legal matters
-Prepares, reviews, and advises on resolutions, forms, agreements, memorandums of understanding (MOUs), and contracts with suppliers, customers, employees and others
-Formulates / revises business & employments contracts and settles employment legal disputes
-Advises on legal risks arising from acquisitions, operations, and other matters and/or business activities
-Oversees all stages of litigation matters, from the discovery process through settlement negotiations or trial
-Provides legal insight to business plans when needed
-Represents and speaks on behalf of the organization on court hearings (when needed)
-Liaises with government agencies and other authoritative parties
-Liaises with company’s external lawyers as needed & follows up with them on outstanding legal issues
-Ensures all group companies legal records are in good standing (board meetings, general assemblies, etc.)
-Takes part in any additional duties as directed by management
-Prepares letters (Warnings, notifications, etc.)
-Handles delinquent file related to the collection.


Bachelors’ degree Law from a Lebanese establishment, Master’s Degree is a plus


At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position, in Lebanon
