Manage (50 employees including Supervisors/ Assistant Manager/ Assistant Supervisors/ Floor Staff & Technical/ F&B & Admin & cashiers.
Professionally manage & Task staff towards an interactively focused customer service style, motivating these resources to enthusiastically provide for overall customer satisfaction.
Full responsible of training of all the Entertainment Center Staff
Full responsible the birthdays events.
Coached staff in all aspects of company system and operations including customer service standards and product/ centre presentation. Determine and set employees motivational objectives and following up on their performance.
Manage the smooth running of the centre to ensure that high standards of customer care, machine operation/ machine maintenance and centre presentation are maintained.
Ensure that centers runs in a professional manner, with an emphasis placed on guest safety, satisfaction & a fulfilling experience.
Analyze, identify and report positive/ negative feedback on operations.
Assist to resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions, ensured quest complaints are resolved appropriately, and that appropriated service recovery gestures are made to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Responsible of the safety & Security of all staff & customers.
Oversaw daily operations with daily statisctics reports of the Rides/ Attraction/ Sports/ Redemption & Merchandise items.
Control all cash issues & ensure that daily takings are checked, logged, reported, banked & double- checked.
Responsible of all orders, supplies and deliveries and maintain direct contact with all suppliers.
Coordinate and develop the marketing planning as budgeted
Prepare monthly reports on the status and performance of the FEC as budgeted
Performs any other tasks as assigned by management
Schedule is flexible from Monday till Sunday with one day Off during the week.
