Description


POSITION SUMMARY:

The Chef de Partie must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. He/she must be very knowledgeable about his/her specialty as well as culinary functions in general and must control costs in his/her section.

Duties
• Comply with Amar SOPs and employee handbook
• Pass on proper information and training to the Commis
• Report to the Head Chef/Sous Chef any required BOH maintenance issue
• Be fully aware of all hygiene control and chemicals used at Amar
• Maintain a favorable relationship with all Amar employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximizing employee morale, productivity and efficiency
• Work as part of a team in a constructive manner that enables Amar to achieve its goals and be the market leader


Work experience requirements
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in the F&B industry, preferably in a Lebanese restaurant
