We are a company located in Beirut and looking for an enthusiastic administrative assistant / receptionist.
- Attend to relevant secretarial and reception work (channeling calls, welcoming visitors, arranging meetings, coordinating appointments, preparing documents / letters, coordinate correspondence, etc.)
- Assist in managing the flow of paperwork in support of accounting processes.
- Process claims, handle payments and reconcile petty cash.
- Attend to procurement matters and analyze collected offers
- Manage office inventory of supplies and stationary
- Support HR Responsible as requested
- Assist, support and facilitate the work of the company's staff as necessary - whenever and however needed.
- Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good command of the English and Arabic languages. French is a plus.
