Job Brief

We are a chocolate manufacturing company located in Lebanon aiming at expanding its current wholesale market reach within the gulf region and in need of professional and highly motivated individuals to assume the role of sales account managers in UAE, KSA, and Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities
- Build business relationships with potential clients
- Manage current client accounts in a professional manner
- Achieve set sales targets and follow up on client feedback
- Report to company higher management on a regular basis

Detailed Responsibilities
- Participate in the setting of sales targets and plans
- Embrace set sales targets and plans with an “I can do it” mentality
- Attempt prospecting potential clients for wholesale
- Conduct background checks on clients to be targeted
- Set meetings with selected clients and present company’s products
- Close deals and submit sales orders
- Coordinate with company headquarters for shipping time frames
- Seek feedback and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build trust in all held interactions with current and potential clients
- Maintain business with and support existing accounts for continued growth
- Report sales and client matters to company higher management

- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is a must (At Least 5 years)
- Experience in the Gulf market is a must (A resident in the gulf area is preferred)
- Must understand the dynamics of the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- English and Arabic Languages are a must
