Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create the ultimate customer service experience
- Advice on all company products and services
- Listen, document, and help resolve conflicts with customers.
- Document the patterns and queries that may indicate a larger problem with the product or service that needs to be resolved
- Prepare daily, monthly and yearly volume/rebate reports to management.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

Education and knowledge:
- BT, TS, university student or graduate
- Minimum a year of experience with customers
- Experience in Call Centers is a must
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good English, and Arabic languages French is a plus
- Good computer skills
