Need an experienced “Jewelry Administrative Assistant” for a Jewelry Atelier/Gallery in Kfarhabab
-Answering phones, for scheduling private appointments, giving product information, and taking messages from clients.
-Greeting visitors when visiting the Atelier.
-Assisting with jewelry sales.
-Receiving payments from clients.
-Maintaining sales and stock inventory.
-Following company’s social media sites.
-Typing documents such as correspondence, drafts, memos, and emails.
-Excellent communication skills in English, and Arabic.
-Product knowledge of jewels, settings, castings and metals.
-Some retail experience is required in the jewelry industry.
-Sales experience in the Jewelry industry.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel.
-Detail-oriented and organized.
