Description


Recruitment and selection:
•Determine staffing numbers, skills and needs to meet the organization’s objectives
•Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, conduct first interview meeting with applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments
•Conduct reference checks on potential candidates
•Undertaking regular salary reviews
•Prepare job offers for new recruits
•Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
•Provide Employees with guidance and support on employment and HR policy matters
•Answer employee requests and questions
•Arrange issue of Manuals, ID card, Access card, uniform etc…
•Assess new recruits under probation
•Ensure that all required information and records relating to employees are promptly updated
•Search for new recruitment agencies and ensure a proper update on contract agreements as per the terms of pay, conditions…
•Manage training aspects (coordination with the training center, selecting the venue etc….)
•Follow up on all NSSF tasks and updated all required documents

Personnel:
•Handle personnel files (creation and continual update)
•Preparing the attendance report of staff members
•Handle legal issues related to HR different procedures: application of Lebanese Labor Laws, Company’s internal regulations, public holidays, NSSF, certificates of work & salaries, etc…
•Manage leave days of all staff
•Follow up on all insurance claims related to work accidents
•Prepare trip expenses
•Manage and control Administrative tasks related to the Administrative Assistant

Data recording:
•Update all HR database
