•Recruit staff , this includes developing , preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
•Work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assists GM to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Drafting and updating all related to HR manual, policies and structure.
•Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisor
•Provide basic counseling to staff that have performance related obstacles
•Design and implement performance appraisal form and policy
•Helping the managers do performance appraisal in a Bachelor degree in Business, Psychology or Any related field.
•4-5 year experience in HR and of interacting with all levels of management.
•Team player and excellent motivator
•Supervisory and team building skills
•Excellent communication skills orally and in written coupled an advisory role.
•Ability to work under pressure
•Discretion and ethical attitude
•Excellent knowledge on employment law.
•Location Iraq.
