-Take day to day responsibility for managing the retail side of the Charity and associated staffand volunteers.
-Oversee the efficient and effective running of all retail outlets and opportunities (current and future shop/s, online sales, festivals and events)
-Review all current ways of working – implementing improved processes and procedures where required.
-Research locations for new shop premises and, once agreed, to lead on expansion.
-Actively seek new ways of working which increase income or reduce costs.
-Implement a sales and marketing plan which will maximize our profitability through forward planning.
-Develop relationships and maintain good channels of communication with the Sheffield Cats
-Ensure all retail outlets operate within agreed budgets
-Brief the Charity Manager at regular agreed intervals on progress of the retail side of the Charity and to suggest ideas for improvements in operations
-Employee Appraisal Management

Key Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree/ Master’s Degree in any discipline
-English and any other second language
-knowledge in Luxury Retail shops
-Strong interpersonal skills with a special sensitivity to working in a multicultural environment
-Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity.
-2-3 years retail management experience is essential
-Proficiency with computer software programs
-Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability
-A team player and Excellent organizing and leadership skills
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- Job Location: Iraq
- Ability travel inside and outside Iraq.
