We are searching an experience digital marketing and SEO professional fully versed with multiple engines, indexing, back linking and Google knowledge on how to boost our websites, social ads, and search/display ads, in a highly competitive space with multiple languages.
The right candidate will be responsible for our organic and paid growth online, and possess excellent skill sets on social media advertising, Google Ads, other Google marketing and advertising tools, and SEO tools.

• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand organic search performance across multiple global markets
• Identify growth opportunities in core areas: site infrastructure, keyword selection, on-page factors optimization
• Test and optimize new strategies and growth opportunities
• Perform granular traffic and conversion analysis across multiple global markets to gain insight into keyword and landing page performance
• Identify and analyze competitor techniques, as well as benchmarking company’s performance against competitors
• Optimize internal linking structures to maximize rankings across our keyword portfolio
• Build and manage paid search and display campaigns
• Audit campaigns and adjust to accurately and evenly spend/pace with set advertising budgets
• Create digital ad reporting for meeting decks/presentations
• Experience with pulling contact lists from CRM
• Effectively communicate wins, identify trends, and proactively offer campaign suggestions
• Ongoing education to remain dominant in cutting-edge PPC, social ads, and SEO disciplines
• Ability to identify a target market (based on management’s goals) and shift allocations

• 3-5 years’ experience, preference is given to candidates with strongly related work experience
• 2+ years of in-house SEO work experience with a leading website
• BA or BS degree from an accredited university
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
• Able to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Work collaboratively with the Head of Marketing to create strategic campaigns, messages and set proper expectations for all campaigns
• Work alongside developers and designers on new marketing campaigns
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization and prioritization skills to coordinate between multiple projects
• A broad understanding of digital advertising and an interest in new technology
• Statistical background is a plus
