Performs accounts, administrative, and office support activities. Duties may include handling telephone calls, customer service, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, data entry, managing peoples’ accounts and filing. Also, extensive software skills and strong communication skills are required. The account executive is additionally responsible for:
a) Providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
b) Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system
c) Performing data entry regarding supply, suppliers, sold items, purchasing transactions, updates on the website etc.
d) Assisting in resolving any administrative problems
e) Answering calls from clients regarding anything account related
f) Preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
g) Maintaining office supplies for each department
h) Working closely in parallel with the Sales associate in order to ensure that orders, returns and deposits, and sold items are processed smoothly and accurately
i) Direct communication with the company driver
