Job Description:
 Execute counter merchandising guidelines while managing consultant hygiene/image standards;
 Perform various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation, customer returns, exchanges, check authorizations, voids, and discretion discounts;
 Responsible for cash handling, set up cash drawers, responsible to keep safe locked, and verify cash;
 Coordinate with the customer service dept. In receiving customers problems and claims, and follow up the solutions;
 Be aware of all areas of possible loss due to theft, shoplifting, free bagging, fraud, and/or carelessness;
 Establish and maintain timely and thorough reporting to the Top Management on all counter operations & customer service management facets of the organization;
 Organize, motivate and lead the pre-processing team, and provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance;
 Conduct regular coaching and counseling with business development team members to build motivation and evaluate needed technical skills;
 Price items after presenting final cost to sales manager and/or the chairman;

• Computer Skills-worked on Brains /Dolphin / Visual Dolphin / POS etc….
• Ability to work retail hours including Weekends;
• Must have a bachelor’s degree;
