The Risk Manager should
Develop an overall risk assessment and management program
Develop maps and matrices of all events/scenarios that could negatively impact the Companies’ businesses
Classify these risks in different categories (for instance strategic risk, reputational risk, compliance risk, etc.)
Quantify the frequency and the impact level of each identified risk.
Propose strategies to eliminate or mitigate these risks.
Share these proposed strategies with the Group leadership
Support the implementation of these mitigation strategies when approved
Communicate as appropriate on mitigation strategies implemented with the Group leadership
This position requires a very structured candidate with strong writing and organizational skills, having the ability to work in a way to generate fast impact. The Risk Manager should significantly contribute to the Group’s transformation ambition required to carry on its growth plans.
High level of energy, drive and passion to succeed;
Very structured with strong organisational skills;
Excellent writing skills in English
Master Degree in Law and or finance.
English (native speaker level);
Any additional language is an asset.
5-10 years of experience, and 2-3 years in a similar position in a Group or in a leading law firm.
