East and West Enterprise is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator!
The position is project remote based, to provide candidates with phone support and online assessment preparation.
The successful recruiter is required to call candidates and motivate them to complete registration on client websites and proceed to online assessments.
Commission will be paid for candidates that are successfully transitioned to completing online assessments.
Applicants require a minimum experience as follows:
- 5 years experience as a recruitment coordinator and interacting with candidates
- University qualification in HR or similar
- Excellent English spoken and written skills to speak competently with candidates and overseas clients
- Excellent Arabic spoken skills to speak competently with candidates
- Able to motivate blue collar and white collar candidates
- Driven ad outgoing personality
- Outcome focused working style
Importantly note that:
- You will require a telephone to be able to contact candidates
- Computer and internet access to utilize online candidate management tool
- Not required to meet candidates in person.
Position is required to start immediately.
It is estimated that will be required to work 5-6 days per week starting with 2-3 hours per day. This time allocation can grow based on candidates.
This position suits an experienced HR Coordinator looking for project work, or casual work. It also suits Recruitment Agencies that have capacity to make phone calls specific to the above.
