-Handle business development activities,identify sales prospects, develop business plans to meet demands and increase market shares.
-Design and lead a strategy to target geographies, sectors, services and customers to optimize sales
-Assess suitability of new business opportunities, while seeking to build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new routes to the market and for developing new customers.
-Research and develop strategies and plans to identify sales and marketing opportunities & maximize revenue
-Provide reports as advised by the MD
-Supervise the plan and development of company marketing / communication materials
-Must be Holder of a BA and /or MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
-Must have Minimum 3+ years of "Proven B2B" Sales / Business Development experience preferably in Security or Facility Management
-Strong record of business development management
-Excellent customer/stakeholder relation skills
-Proven presenting and negotiating skills
- Must be fluent in read, written and spoken English to qualify for this position
