Minimum 1 year of experience, has a good Knowledge with Microsoft servers, and virtual Infrastructures. Using Hyper-v-/VMware Environment, High Availability, Disaster recovery Plans, backup, Network Security (UTM, Firewall) & Cisco ,
help to design and implement a new projects, in parallel with supporting the current projects,
Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to:
• Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
• Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
Communication Skill Requirements
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Demonstrated ability presenting to small work groups on both technical and functional requirements.
• Ability to thrive under production pressure and deadlines
