Salesforce Engagement Manager duties and responsibilities are to support the Professional Services Director to successfully accomplish the following:



Manage the Client Relationship

Be the first contact for Changi Consulting clients and add value to the business by generating revenue and continue to bring value to new and existing clients.
Schedule discovery meetings and take steps to foster lasting relationships with clients.
Coordinate and facilitate executive team efforts to determine strategic goals and objectives.


Create and Manage Project Plans

Create business requirements documentation with process flow diagrams and use case definitions.
Execute activities such as data mapping, object modelling, page layout design and rule logic definitions.
Execute testing and validation to ensure that the Salesforce configuration meets the business requirements and solution design.
Perform data analysis, requirements, design, and migration.
Assist in developing training for users.

Plan the scope of the project, Maximizing the utilization of hours, developing a project timeline and a way to document any hurdles as well as plan and execute discovery sessions and status meetings.





Design, Build, Train and Deploy

Provide comprehensive solutions to effectively plan and implement strategic initiatives utilizing project management best practices, tools, and technology.

Design the required Salesforce setup, build a mechanism to implement it, train the client and others in its proper functioning and deploying the core project capabilities.

Appreciate the platform and know how to leverage the different tools offered in salesforce and to solve critical business problems .



Desired Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree required (Business/MIS)
Certified Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud
Demonstrated ability to manage client projects in the delivery of business consulting and systems development
Excellent analysis skills with proven ability to design and optimize business processes
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Must demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn
3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce.com CRM
Demonstrated leadership, team oriented, and management skills
