The purpose of this job is to build, develop and maintain profitable business customer relationships, increase Al-Akbar newspaper exposure and generate financial revenues.

Responsibilities :
a) Develop database of prospect business customers including pre-identified information.
b) Segment Business Customers into different categories and work on getting new industries.
c) Manage and follow up the supplements as required.
d) Manage portfolio for each business customer and assessing potential business with it.
e) Assess each business customer situation and identify business opportunities with Al-Akhbar.
f) Develop customized offers, alternative offers based on each customer needs and wants.
g) Visit Customers, make presentations, present offers and negotiate different offers and contracts condition based on pre-identified sales policies.
h) Prepare and discuss proposals and post-Visit report with the Sales coordinator including results, negotiated points, customer requirement and agreed conditions.
i) Assist in collecting payments due to your customers.
j) Make the booking order on the system for the direct client and follow up with the Reservation Coordinator to make sure all ads are dealt with and designed properly.
k) Follow up published advertisement on daily basis and report mistakes if any.
l) Organize, schedule and contact current customer on regular basis.
m) Follow up special customer claims and make sure issues being solved in a timely manner.
n) Maintain and develop good relationships with current customers.
o) Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
p) Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
q) Participates in trade shows and conventions upon request.

Qualifications :
a) Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communication or business management
b) Strong strategic and tactical social media skills.
c) Two years of experience in Sales, customer service, selling related roles.
d) Promotional and advertisement Skills.
e) Communication skills.
f) The ability to build relationships with customers.
g) The ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
h) Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
i) Tight organizational and time management skills.
