Job Role & Responsibilities: -
— Support in the implementation, communication, training and monitoring of the Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) and Ethics & Independence (E&I) processes.
— Perform periodic firm wide compliance testing of the Q&RM and E&I policies and procedures.
— Review and monitor Q&RM systems, tools and review the relevant reports to identify and escalate compliance risks.
— Coordinate and respond to change requests to contracts, NDAs, proposals and standard terms and conditions.
— Evaluate, assess and document the permissibility of services according to relevant independence rules.
— Review Q&RM queries and duly resolve them.
— Develop and deliver risk awareness sessions and trainings to our people including new joiners.
— Enhance Q&RM knowledge and compliance throughout the firm and manage the firm’s annual confirmation and training processes.
— Manage and coach the Q&RM team.
— Report to Q&RM Director and Risk Management Partner for compliance related issues.
— Manage day to day Q&RM operations as required.

Skills & Experience: -
Education requirements:
— A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from an accredited college/university in the field of finance, risk management or related fields.
— Certifications in the field of Risk Management, AML, Anti-fraud and compliance are preferred.
Skills & Experience
— Minimum of 4 to 7 years' experience in a Big 4 Audit Firm within Compliance/Risk Management with hands-on proficiency, and familiarity with industry best-practices for various compliance activities, such as independence, policies and procedures, trainings, communications plans, risk assessments, management of compliance issues, testing and monitoring and data analytics and metrics. Previous External Audit experience is a plus.
— Strong knowledge of the IESBA and SEC independence rules.
— Strong decision-making skills. Solid organizational, analytical and research skills; attention to detail with the ability to handle highly confidential information professionally and with appropriate discretion.
— Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple work streams concurrently and communicate in a timely manner with work stream leads to balance work, deliverables and tight deadlines.
— Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and collaborate, effectively both verbally and in writing.
— Strong leadership skills.
— Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
