- Job Purpose:
1. Support in identifying, maintaining and evaluating financial information, while providing needed recommendations
2. Work collaboratively with various internal/external stakeholders to collect and analyze financial data allowing the company to reach its strategic vision

- Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with needed stakeholders to ensure the timely presentation of detailed operational expenses for the budgeting exercises (i.e.: BU, Location, Project etc.…)
2. Provide the needed support to the operation team to develop the yearly Business plan and assist with the preparation of respective presentation
3. Actively participate in setting KPI’s and initiatives driving those KPI’s; link them to strategy and budgets to ensure that desired strategies reach expected outcome
4. Prepare the needed data, presentations when requested by the Senior financial analyst for the business review sessions
5. Submit to the operations team under the supervision of the Senior financial analyst the needed financial exercises, statistics, analysis and trends
6. Work closely with the accounting team to improve month end closure, enhance accounts mapping and allocations and ensure timely submission of needed reports from the accounting department
7. Prepare and submit monthly financial statements as per set deadlines and templates
8. Closely follow up with the operation team to ensure healthy working capital ratios, ensure the abidance by set financials ratios, make needed adjustments when needed
9. Report as per agreed schedule and templates all discrepancies and variances to set sales targets, active rates, call cycles

- Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Audit or Economics

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of previous related experience
