Job Description
-Follows the service steps as per operations service standards from greeting, seating the customer, offering menus, taking orders, presenting bills, and giving exact change
-Gives all necessary information on menu items
-Takes orders accurately from customer and suggests promoted items in applying up-selling steps as per guidelines
-Ensures that served items match customers’ orders.
Requirements
- High school diploma, technical school, college degree, or ongoing studies.
A hospitality degree is a plus.
-At least one-year experience in the restaurant field
-Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus
