Job Summary:

Handles customer feedback & takes actions to build up service excellence.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Handles customer feedback
- Monitors implemented customer service standards in the branches
- Coordinates with related departments to fix any detected nonconformities and ensure effective follow-up
- Performs needed changes and modification on the CRM system and monitors the accuracy of its data
- Provides concerned departments with needed reports and feedbacks

Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in customer service
- Microsoft Proficiency
- English & French Proficiency
- Knowledge in CRM software
