- Job Purpose:
1. Responsible for the successful implementations of MaliaTec customer solutions and for managing multiple client projects at one time.
2. Responsible for leading a team of implementers that plays a key role in the project implementation lifecycle and ensuring that the delivered solution meets business objectives and customer’s requirements.

- Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Manage and execute software implementation from initial through User Acceptance Test
2. Analyze customer’s specifications and coordinate with the development department for customizations deliverable when applicable
3. Assess each project risks (Risk Analysis), minimize exposure and risks on project
4. Create and execute customer’s project implementation plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
5. Effectively apply methodology and enforce project standards
6. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of all customers’ project and scope
7. Deliver the project at a minimal cost with the highest quality
8. Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately; document all customers implementations enabling proper support; review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
9. Take ownership of issues that arise to ensure they are communicated and resolved in a timely manner; escalate and identify gaps in requirements
10. Work closely with the Senior Business Analyst and Software Development Manager to understand the solutions (functional and nonfunctional requirements)
11. Recommend business processes enhancement for all products and for new changes requested by customers
12. Support in the management schedule of the products roadmap
13. Facilitate and participate in business process analysis, design of new business process and re-engineer current processes, whenever necessary with super users and vendor team
14. Support the Account Managers in projects by providing the most efficient and effective solutions to customers
15. Support the Account Managers in technical presentations when required
16. Oversee escalated help desk issues and interact when requested with clients to resolve technical-related issues and provide answers in a timely manner
17. Build and maintain a distinguished relationship with customers’ key employees
18. Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction
19. Lead investigations and adjustments of customer complaints and nonconformity
20. Follow relevant company procedures and help create and maintain relevant documentation
21. Recommend policies and procedures designed to carry out, direct and control the activities of the department
22. Submit weekly reports to management showing the status of the projects implementation progress
23. Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change

- Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer and Communication Engineering or MIS

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software project management and implementation
