• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high standards of customer management, at all times
• Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests, to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety
• Handle guest complaints and refers them as necessary. Follow up on corrective action and communicates them in a timely manner to senior management as well as maintains a detailed record with action taken.
• Ensure that the hotel is operated safely, at all times
• Cooperate and communicate with all Management team and colleagues to ensure efficient workflow, including complying with Management’s instructions
• Handle, follow up and communicate any comments or complaints. Pass on to relevant department head if unable to handle
• Record any unusual occurrence or problems arising and report to the relevant department head and take appropriate action
• Conduct guest house tours and banquet rooms show whenever required
• Tour all areas of the hotel on daily basis and report irregularities to relevant department heads
• Check arrival list and inspect arrival rooms. Report any action needed to the relevant department.
• Ensures emergency procedures are practiced and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees
• Monitor appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene and grooming of hotel employees on daily basis.
• Handle and report any suspicious activity or circumstances in the hotel.
• Handle receiving goods and water outside receiving hours with the presence of a security team member and a representative from the relevant department
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by the Management
• Hospitality experience is a must
