- Organizing food/vegetables/kitchen orders with supplierS+ monitoring prices,asssting to find alternative suppliers when necessary.

- Improving maintaining efficiency of kitchen operations and procedures.

- Quality control: maintaining a high standard of quality ingredients and presentation.

- Ensuring kitchen team abide by high standards as well as all formal kitchen procedures.

- Minimizing wastage and breakage.

- Preparing staff schedules.

- Solving staff & kitchen related problems or incidents.

- Preparing Preps & meals for the restaurant's menu + staff meals.

- Maintaining cleanliness & hygiene in kitchen.

- Daily/weekly reporting to the management.
