What are we looking for (Job Overview)?
We are looking for a Content Writer who will work on all Arabic marketing material (Digital and Offline), driving engagement across channels.
You will also work closely with the brand and social lead(s) in the production of all editorial/corporate/video publications and promotional materials including generating story ideas, copywriting, and editing.
How does a typical day look like? (Job Requirements)
Ensure all content is consistent across channels and mediums.
Manage multiple projects and diverse project categories, while maintaining a consistently high standard of writing, that is aligned to the strategy and brief.
Help develop and guide creative ideas based on input from managers and personal research.
Articulate creative concepts to the greater team and execute them across integrated brand and product campaigns – which may include CRM, print, video, social and digital marketing materials.
Write compelling and on-brand content for digital and social channels, that provokes an emotive response, drawing the reader into our world.
Execute cohesive content marketing strategies, plans, and tactics to increase engagement on social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Ensure work is well written, accurate, and submitted as per the deadline.
Monitor and review the progress and effectiveness of communication activities initiated.
Provide communications support to other departments within the organization.
What skills should you showcase (Skills/Competencies)
Strong conceptual thinking, excellent writing skills, and deep knowledge of the digital landscape.
6+ years’ experience in marketing content writing
BA degree in Literature, Journalism, Marketing or similar relevant field
Outstanding writing skills, specifically in Arabic.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Great attention to detail is essential.
