The Account manager is responsible for selling a Company's software to individuals and businesses. Other responsibilities include cold calling, prospecting, and meeting clients; demonstrating the use of the software; maintaining long-term business relationships with customers; solving customers' problems; recommending a product; contacting existing accounts in order to offer new software;
in addittion to the ensuring of excellent customer service; up-selling and cross-selling of organization's products; ; ensuring excellent customer service experience to all users; meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Frequently communicate with customers, both in person and over the phone, to ensure needs are being met and uncover opportunities

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Help determine the future of sales and account management processes within the organization

translate complex technical issues into tangible software solutions

Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Prepare reports on account status

Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Education : bachelor's degree in a relevant field. An MBA degree is an advantageous.

English &Arabic Level: Excellent

Duty Hours: Full Time - Remote Working Hours.

Experience: 5+ Years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, in software development industry, or relevant role through selling technical products is an asset.
