PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Making the customers and their needs your primary focus
• Handling, timely and professionally, and based on the department’s standards, procedures and policies, the customers’ complaints and requests by phone, email, online chat, or any other means that might be used in the future.
• Opening tickets and logging notes for the cases received by any means of communication with the customers (phone, e-mail, online chat, other, etc…)
• Log the type of calls, currently on the online survey
• Ensuring escalation of all unsolved cases in a timely manner to the senior level
• Coordinating with the senior level to schedule a time for a daily cases follow up

BS in computer science , and a fresh graduate are a plus
