Job Purpose:
1- Responsible for the marketing of the company’s products and services by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns
2- Responsible for developing strategies to increase the social media reach on different platforms, by setting the yearly campaigns calendar and conceptualizing tactics to increase audience participation/reach

1- Manage Social/Digital Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities (google ads, social media posts, mass emails, website…)
2- Oversee the marketing content and design by supervising the creation, posting and updating
3- Increase customer and potential database by deploying conversion strategy
4- Engage with Maliatec social media audience, by listening and answering to all Maliatec’s audience complaints, comments, requests or inquiries
5- Enhance Maliatec ranking in major Search Engines (SEO)
6- Organize and coordinate with Country Managers monthly marketing/customers events for all markets
7- Lead on the preparation of the Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly Marketing Plan
8- Submit monthly reports showing results (ROI) per campaign or initiative, competitors benchmarks, social media presence…
9- Synchronize all databases with Salesforce CRM
10- In charge of Malia Group Website & Facebook page. Ensure continuous update of site content/pictures and news posting. Develop Malia Group Fb page calendar, handle daily posting and address timely comments and DMs

Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in social media, preferably in the IT/Technology Industry
