- Job Purpose:
Responsible for attracting talents, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews and ensuring optimized recruitment process

- Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Consult with Managers to understand assigned position requirements and specific job objectives vs needs
2- Draft respective job descriptions as per the set standard
3- Ensure vacancies are posted internally as part of the internal mobility policy, allowing employees to apply to open positions
4- Ensure proper external job posting and conduct search for potential candidates on Malia group’s website, recruitment search engine and any other mean. Headhunt potential candidates working in other companies for critical positions
5- Screen and filter CVs to determine which candidates meet the needed vacancy requirements
6- Conduct interviews, shortlist qualified candidates and reference check positive ones
7- Prepare On-Boarding plan for new comers and transferred employees in coordination with the hiring manager and follow up on execution
8- Schedule and attend ONB sessions for new comers and transferred employees
9- Provide needed support during the whole ONB period, assess needs and act proactively
10- Conduct Lotus & social media awareness training
11- Build social media plan and ensure proper implementation to enhance employer branding. Respond to inquiries, comments and raised complaints
12- Actively participate in the organization and execution of group initiatives/events

- Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Management, Organizational Psychology or any other relevant fields

- Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
